Job Description

You will be responsible for carrying out electrical and/or mechanical support across all areas of manufacturing whilst ensuring adherence to strict GMP standards. This will include both planned and reactive maintenance.

Client Details: The client is a leading medical technology business developing and producing cutting-edge technology to advance the world of health.

Description: As a Maintenance Technician, you will:

1. Carry out a range of preventative and reactive maintenance.
2. Maintain a range of production machinery across the GMP environment.
3. Plan and execute preventative maintenance programs.
4. Advise on technical issues.
5. Support continuous improvement initiatives.
6. Analyse and monitor breakdown frequency, and monitor machine performance.

The role will follow a shift pattern of 3-on, 3-off from 10am-10pm.

Profile: To be successful, you will:

1. Have a qualification in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or tooling / plastic processing.
2. Have experience with high volume manufacturing, ideally in a GMP environment.
3. Have an understanding of high-speed automated assembly processes.
4. Possess excellent problem-solving and fault-finding abilities.
