Job summary

Hand Picked Hotels' Fermain Valley Hotel & Spa in St Peter Port, Guernsey invites applications for a Maintenance Assistant. This full-time role covers a mix of proactive upkeep and reactive maintenance to keep the property safe, welcoming and beautifully maintained for guests and colleagues.

The position offers a 40-hour week, 5 days out of 7 on a rota, with an hourly rate of £15.82 plus service charge and excellent colleague benefits, plus live-in accommodation where available.

Responsibilities

• Carry out general maintenance across the hotel and staff accommodation.
• Coordinate and complete scheduled health and safety checks to meet regulatory standards.
