Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a proactive Maintenance Technician/Handyman for a busy student accommodation in Reading RG1. The role is hands-on, with tools provided and no CSCS card required, paying £17 per hour plus holiday pay, equivalent to £34K per year.

You will handle maintenance and repair requests, perform general repairs, contribute to reactive and preventative maintenance, and help keep rooms and communal areas safe and well-maintained.

Qualifications

In this role, you will play a key part in delivering an outstanding living experience by ensuring all maintenance and repair requests within the accommodation are handled efficiently and effectively.
