Job summary

ICL Group is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Technician to support safe, reliable operation of production facilities at Daventry and Lawford Heath. You will join a small team to maintain equipment, support improvements and ensure smooth day-to-day plant performance.

The role focuses on planned and reactive maintenance, with opportunities to work with contractors, improve reliability, and uphold high safety standards in a global manufacturing setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on production and site equipment
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform fault finding and repairs
• Maintain pumps, motors, pneumatics, conveyors, pipework or processing equipment
• Perform basic electrical maintenance work within your level of competence
• Support site improvement and capital investment projects
• Liaise with external contractors and ensure work is completed safely and efficiently
• Conduct routine inspections and maintain accurate maintenance records
• Help identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability and site performance
• Support compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements
• Contribute to a safe, efficient and well-maintained working environment
