Job summary

Systems, LLC, an affiliate of Chamberlain Group, is a U.S.-based manufacturer of loading dock equipment. We’re seeking a skilled maintenance technician to perform facility upkeep and service industrial equipment at our Malvern site.

The role involves preventive maintenance, safety procedures, and working with cranes, hoists, and forklifts as required. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in industrial maintenance, strong electrical/mechanical aptitude, and knowledge of 5S/Lean.

Qualifications

2+ years in industrial maintenance or facility maintenance.
Experience with electrical or mechanical trades training.
Familiarity with safety standards and regulations.
Knowledge of building systems such as plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
Ability to identify issues and repairs that are needed.

Responsibilities

Perform facility and building maintenance including plumbing, mechanical, preventive repairs.
Service industrial equipment such as welding robots, hoists, cranes, paint booths.
Follow lock-out and tag-out procedures for safety.
Dismantle machinery and replace defective parts.
Log service work and downtime data.
Perform Lean and 5S functions related to maintenance.
Operate cranes and hoists and drive a forklift when certified.
