Your new company

You will be joining the existing maintenance team in the Ross-Shire area, who are looking to hire a maintenance technician. You will work alongside experienced operatives and report to a depot each morning at 08:30.

Your new role

You will collaborate with experienced tradespeople within void properties, working to bring them up to a livable standard. Your duties may include:

1. Joinery - lock changing, installing kickplates, worktops, doors
2. Basic plumbing - taps, toilet seats, shower railings
3. Occasional labouring cover
4. Note: Painting experience is not essential

Requirements:

• Full UK Driving Licence and own hand tools
• Flexibility to travel between Tain, Inverness, Ullapool, and Applecross
• Experience in a similar role and ability to work well in a team

What you'll get in return

If suitable, a full-time position may be offered. You will be paid weekly, with regular updates from your Hays consultant, and have the option of accrued annual leave.
