CoorsTek Advanced Materials UK is seeking a Maintenance Assistant to join our maintenance team at Crewe. You will work alongside experienced engineers to keep machinery, equipment and facilities operating safely and efficiently in a manufacturing environment.

This is a practical, hands-on role for someone with a positive attitude who wants to learn new skills. No long experience is required; a proactive, reliable approach and good teamwork are valued.

Qualifications

• No experience required, just a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Practical, hands-on approach and interest in maintenance/engineering.
• Good problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work well in a team and follow safety procedures.

Responsabilités

• Assist with general mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks under supervision.
• Support planned preventative maintenance and reactive maintenance activities.
• Help identify equipment faults and assist with basic repairs.
• Carry out general site maintenance and upkeep.
• Ensure tools, equipment and work areas are clean, tidy and safe.
• Assist experienced maintenance engineers with day-to-day activities.
• Follow health and safety procedures and safe working practices.
• Work closely with colleagues across the site to support efficient operations.
