Fresh Property Group Limited is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Botanic Studios in Belfast. The role is 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, focusing on minor repairs, maintenance tasks, and ensuring the building is safe and welcoming for residents.

You will handle routine fixes, learn on-the-job maintenance practices, and assist with statutory compliance and waste-management duties to support a well-run property environment.

Qualifications

• Solid background in building maintenance
• Experience with reactive repairs and planned maintenance
• Compliance and safety basics for building management
