Exemplar Health Care's Willowbeck care home in Sheffield is seeking a Maintenance Technician on a permanent 30-hour week. You will perform general maintenance, decorating, plumbing, tiling and garden tasks, ensuring the home is safe, well-presented and welcoming for residents, staff and visitors.

A full UK driving licence is required; you will receive induction, ongoing training and a supportive team to help you develop and progress. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Broad range of maintenance skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety legislation and regulations.
• Great communicator, both verbal and written.
• Digital skills and understanding of IT.
• Team player with care for residents and staff.
• Have a full clean UK driving licence held for at least 2 years.
