Job summary

Croda is seeking a Maintenance Technician for a site-based role in Leek, UK. You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, and collaborate with maintenance, operations, quality and engineering teams to maximise plant reliability.

The role requires a Level 3+ electrical or mechanical qualification with hands-on experience. You will work Monday to Friday, with an on-call rota, and enjoy Croda’s broad benefits and development opportunities.

Qualifications

Must have an electrical or mechanical qualification at Level 3 or above and hands-on maintenance experience.
Ability to work in a team to solve problems and share knowledge.
Competence with basic IT and maintenance systems like SAP PM is beneficial.

Responsibilities

Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical or electrical issues on manufacturing equipment.
Work with maintenance, operations, quality and engineering teams to minimise downtime.
Promote Croda values and a positive culture on site.
Liaise with external contractors to keep production safe and efficient.
Days-based role Monday to Friday with an on-call rota.
