Hyper Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a Maintenance Technician on a permanent site-based role in Staffordshire. You will perform routine maintenance, troubleshoot electrical and mechanical equipment, and ensure reliable manufacturing processes on site.

The successful candidate will have a relevant engineering degree or higher, hands-on experience with pumps, valves, motors and instrumentation, and a commitment to safety and quality in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in electrical, mechanical engineering or a relevant technical field.
• Hands-on maintenance experience on mechanical and electrical systems (pumps, valves, motors, instrumentation).
• Competence with diagnostic tools, hand tools, calibration equipment and permit-to-work systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspection, and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment on site.
• Troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
• Coordinate with external contractors and internal teams for safe production activities.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, job sheets and regulatory documentation.
• Support continuous improvement and adherence to safety, environmental, and quality standards.
