Purpose of Role

We are currently seeking a permanent Electrically biased Maintenance Technician for a Healthcare Contract in the Taunton area.

Job Description

The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for a range of multi-skilled maintenance duties across the site.

Responsibilities

Undertaking electrical and building maintenance works including PPM servicing, fault-finding, and reactive breakdown repairs to electrical building services systems and infrastructure. This includes power, 3-phase, distribution, lighting/emergency lighting, lamp/ballast/socket repairs, and alarms.

Essential Qualifications/Skills

• Proven reactive maintenance experience.
• Healthcare experience (preferred but not essential).
• 18th Edition qualification.
• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation + ECS Card.
• City & Guilds Testing & Inspection (2391 or equivalent).
