Job summary

Delta Hotels by Marriott Swindon is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Associate to join our busy hotel team. You will respond to guest repair requests promptly, perform preventative maintenance, and help ensure our guest areas and equipment are in top condition.

You will follow safety policies, maintain inventory, and build positive relationships with colleagues. A minimum of 1 year in a customer service role is preferred; no supervisory experience or licenses required, and we offer training

• No supervisory experience required.
• No license or certification required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to guest maintenance requests promptly.
• Perform preventative maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Inspect tools, equipment, and machines visually for proper functioning.
• Carry and operate equipment such as tools and radios.
• Identify and operate shut-off valves for equipment as needed.
• Maintain maintenance inventory and requisition parts and supplies.
• Record information for unfinished calls prior to shift changes.
• Follow safety and security policies and report any maintenance problems or hazards.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
• Develop positive working relationships with colleagues and support team goals.
