Job summary

Paul Rigby Ltd is seeking a Mobile Maintenance Technician to maintain and improve our multi-site premises across the Midlands. The role covers planned and reactive upkeep, basic plumbing, joinery, painting, minor electrical work, and site inspections to ensure safety and presentation standards.

You will travel between sites with a full UK driving licence, manage your workload, and contribute to compliance checks while delivering high-quality work.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in facilities, maintenance or general building.
  • Multi-skilled with property maintenance knowledge.
  • Able to work independently and manage workload.
  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
  • Willing to travel between sites.

Responsibilities

  • Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across all company locations.
  • General building maintenance including basic plumbing, joinery, painting and decorating, and minor electrical works.
  • Completing routine site inspections and reporting defects or health and safety concerns.
  • Maintaining high standards of internal and external presentation.
  • Supporting statutory and compliance checks.
  • Liaising with approved contractors for specialist repairs and projects.
  • Assisting with signage, fixtures, fittings and internal moves.
  • Responding promptly to maintenance requests from departments and site management.

Salary: £28089.10 - £36,000 per annum (Based on experiance)

We are now looking to recruit a Maintenance Technician to support the maintenance, compliance and presentation of our premises across the business.

The Role

This is a mobile, multi-site role responsible for the general upkeep and repair of our properties. You will ensure our facilities remain safe, compliant and maintained to the high standards expected by our manufacturer partners, customers and colleagues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across all company locations
