Job summary

Exemplar Health Care in Sheffield is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Willowbeck care home. You will help keep the home’s fabrics, fittings and equipment in good condition, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents, staff and visitors.

The role covers general maintenance, decorating, gardening, plumbing and tiling, with training and induction provided. A full UK driving licence held for at least two years is required.

About the role Our Maintenance Technician plays a key role in ensuring that the fabrics, fittings, fixtures and equipment in the home are in good condition. No two days will ever be the same, but your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• general maintenance
• decorating
• gardening
• plumbing
• tiling
• carrying out regular risk assessments, audits and checks.
