Mission:

The aim of this position is to be responsible for the maintenance and repairs to mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment across the Redditch facility on a 3 shift rotation - days, afternoons and nights.

Responsibilities:

· Ensure that the standards of the Maintenance Department are sustained

· Ensure that all TPM's and PM's are completed to a high standard and in a timely manner

· All plant and associated equipment are kept clean, tidy and in a serviceable state

· All daily service checks are completed as per schedule i.e. compressor and chiller checks

· Update the maintenance database with all work carried out

· Completion of Company documentation in its entirety and in a timely manner

· To be available for overtime as and when required

· Ensure that Health & Safety requirements are met and adhered to

· Comply with the Spares tracking process

· Continuous Improvement projects

· Stand in for other members of the team where required

· Remain flexible to changing operational requirements

· Experience with Robots

· Experience of working in a fast-moving environment

· Strong Electrical and Mechanical (hydraulics) knowledge

· Resourceful and self-motivated

· Able to manage multiple deliverables within a high pressure environment

· A challenging and enquiring mindset
