Join our team at Winfield Court as a Maintenance Technician!

Winfield Court, a 693-bed property, is looking to appoint a Maintenance Technician to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8am-6pm on a rota basis.

About the role:

Are you a problem solver with a knack for fixing things? Do you thrive in a role where you are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of minor reactive repairs and carrying out planned maintenance? If so, Fresh has just the role for you!

As Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for statutory compliance for your building, as well as managing the large commercial waste bins stored outside the building.

You will be the go-to expert on all things maintenance, whether handling routine fixes or tackling unexpected issues. Most importantly, you’ll be accountable for making the building a welcoming, safe place for our residents to live!

About you:

We’re looking for a hands-on individual with the ability to fix, maintain, and improve the building. You will bring a blend of technical expertise, a strong work ethic, and an upbeat attitude when things get challenging. A solid background in maintenance, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills are essential for everyday issues.
