We’re looking for a hardworking maintenance technician to join our team! You’ll make sure our facilities are operating efficiently, regularly inspect our units for any damage, conduct routine maintenance, and help with turns. The ideal person for this job is a reliable team player and a problem solver who has some prior maintenance experience. Must live within 30 minutes of Northampton, MA, for on-call requirement.

Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all equipment and systems, such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring, are in working order by conducting routine maintenance and handling any repairs, if needed.
• Check the building for any damage to doors, windows, walls, and make any repairs as needed.
• Conduct routine maintenance on equipment and systems such as HVAC units, plumbing fixtures, and electrical wiring to make sure they’re operating efficiently and make any needed repairs.
• Take additional maintenance requests as assigned.
• Keep a record of completed repairs and when equipment was last serviced.

Qualifications

• Over 2 years of maintenance experience.
• Flexible availability for on-call maintenance requests on nights and weekends.

Compensation

$20 - $21 hourly
