  • Previous experience, ideally within an events-based industry or similar environment
  • Upholding high standards in maintenance tasks and duties
  • Being a team player who enjoys positive energy, being resourceful, and motivated in a high-achieving environment
  • Self-motivated with problem-solving skills
  • Thriving in a buzzing environment, showing resilience, taking control, and making decisions to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting
  • Successfully managing planned and reactive maintenance
  • Continuously seeking ways to improve the fan experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working knowledge of key compliance areas, including Fire Safety, Legionella, Emergency Lighting testing, and the Health & Safety at Work Act
  • Key skills in electrical, plumbing, joinery, or HVAC

What Co-op Live offers you:

  • Development opportunities
  • Clear objectives to succeed in your role

Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 dependent on experience

  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays
  • Employer pension scheme
  • Private healthcare scheme – Vitality
  • Life assurance (4x basic salary)
  • Eyecare vouchers
  • WeCare Employee Assistance Programme available 24/7
  • Company sick pay scheme
  • Enhanced family-friendly benefits
  • Office refreshments and breakfast items
  • Team social events
