Role Description

This is a on-site role for a Maintenance Technician located mainly in the Kingston upon Hull. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for routine property maintenance, troubleshooting and repairing any issues that arise, and performing preventive maintenance to ensure that properties are maintained to the highest standards.

• Experience in general property Maintenance
• Skilled in Troubleshooting and Maintenance & Repair
• Knowledge of Preventive Maintenance practices
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
• Relevant technical or vocational training is a plus
• Driving licence is essential
