• You will be responsible for As a Maintenance Technician your specific responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks. To thrive in this role, you will need to:
• Confidently Interact with External Contractors: Coordinating repairs seamlessly. Work Collaboratively with the Team: Be a great colleague who understands the importance of quality service. Sustain High Energy Levels: Juggling tasks while maintaining efficiency. Assist the Management Team: Keeping our stores operating smoothly by maintaining equipment and facilities. Minimize Customer Disruption: Coordinating repairs with minimal impact on our valued customers. Responsibilities will include; Ensuring all Tesco sites are a safe and functioning environment for customers and colleagues. Following the planned work schedule to achieve first time fix, improving efficiency, and effectiveness. Working closely with team members, sharing best practice and knowledge. General day to day store and property maintenance.
• Using mobile devices; phone and tablet, to drive the best approach in work completion and updates.
