Join our team at No.27 College Road as a Maintenance Technician!

No. 27 College Road, a 120-bed property, is looking to appoint a Maintenance Technician to work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

About the role:

Are you a problem solver with a knack for fixing things? Do you thrive in a role where you are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of minor reactive repairs and carrying out planned maintenance? If so, Fresh has just the role for you!

As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for statutory compliance within your building, as well as managing the large commercial waste bins stored outside the building.

You will be the go-to expert on all things maintenance, handling routine fixes, addressing unexpected issues, and most importantly, making the building a welcoming and safe environment for our residents!

About you:

We’re looking for a hands-on individual with the ability to fix, maintain, and improve the building. You will bring technical expertise, a strong work ethic, and an upbeat attitude when faced with challenges. A solid background in maintenance, resourcefulness, and problem-solving skills are essential for handling everyday issues.
