Job summary

WITRON Group in Chesterfield is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Electrical/Mechanical) to perform repairs and maintenance on our high-tech systems on-site.

The role requires relevant electrical and/or mechanical qualifications and maintenance experience with industrial equipment, ideally in automated systems. The position offers growth opportunities within a strong, collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Electrical and/or Mechanical qualification to HNC/HND or dual training as Electrician/Mechanic.
• Industrial maintenance experience with automated equipment preferred.
• Strong customer and team orientation.
• Ability to work various shift patterns.

Responsibilities

• Execute repairs and maintenance on electrical equipment, machines and systems.
• Monitor operating conditions and detect recurring faults in electrical equipment.
• Support daily production operations and contribute to improvements.
• Interface with head office specialists in Parkstein.
• Perform data evaluation and error analysis.

We are currently recruiting for a MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN (Electrical/Mechanical) to work on-site in Chesterfield.

Your role in our team

• execution of repairs and maintenance assignments on electrical equipment, machines and systems
• monitoring of operating conditions, deterioration of substances and detection of recurring faults/failures in electrical equipment
• support and remedies in daily production operation, contributing to the improvement process
• interface to our specialists in head office in Parkstein
• data evaluation and error analysis

Ideal candidate profile

• relevant Electrical and/or Mechanical qualification to HNC/HND and or successful completion of Dual Training Program as Electrician and/or Mechanic
• Electrical and/or Mechanical maintenance experience with industrial equipment and machinery, ideally in the sector of automated equipment and machinery
• strong customer and team orientation
• ability to work a range of shift patterns
• autonomous and solution-oriented method of working, sense of responsibility and capacity for team work
