Job summary

Sealed Air designs and delivers packaging solutions and maintains production equipment to keep operations safe and efficient. This role focuses on mechanical and electrical maintenance with troubleshooting training provided.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of industrial, manufacturing, mechanical, or electrical maintenance experience.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
• Experience with hand tools, power tools, and basic electrical testing equipment.
• Associate degree in a related technical field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment issues.
• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Repairing and replacing machine parts such as belts, chains, bearings, and gearboxes.
• Working with motors, relays, drives, and other electrical components.
• Maintaining pneumatic and hydraulic systems.

• Participating in root cause analysis and safety initiatives.

Position Summary

The Maintenance Technician III helps maintain and repair production equipment to keep operations running safely and efficiently.

This role involves a mix of mechanical and electrical maintenance. Not all responsibilities listed below will be assigned to every technician and duties may vary depending on the needs of the facility.

We are looking for candidates with a strong maintenance background and a willingness to learn. Troubleshooting training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshooting mechanical and electrical equipment issues
• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance
• Repairing and replacing machine parts such as belts, chains, bearings, and gearboxes

• Using hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment
