Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30AM - 4:30PM

Summary:

Our Management Center facility is looking for a service-minded maintenance professional to undertake the responsibility of upgrading & preserving the good condition and functionality of our residential property.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance including electrical & plumbing tasks
• Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows, etc.)
• Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g., landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry, etc.), including pool maintenance
• Complete daily paperwork
• Work on engines, requiring a mechanic automotive background

Skills:

• Proven experience as a maintenance technician
• Strong working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, & automotive mechanics
• General knowledge of maintenance duties
