Job summary

Executive Network Group is seeking a Maintenance Team Leader for a three-shift pattern in Telford. This hands-on role oversees planned and reactive maintenance at a world-class facility, requiring a strong technical background in high-volume manufacturing.

The successful candidate will lead a team, manage breakdowns and drive continuous improvement, with a complete toolbox covering electrical and mechanical systems. Eligible candidates come from automotive, aerospace, industrial or FMCG sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance/engineering environment.
• Time-served apprenticeship in mechanical and/or electrical engineering.
• Ability to lead and develop a multi-disciplinary team.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

Responsibilities

• Promote and uphold Health, Safety and Environment policies.
• Maintain safe working environment with risk assessments.
• Ensure contractors comply with site safety procedures.
• Lead root cause analyses for recurring or major breakdowns.
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance plant performance.
• Provide technical support to internal stakeholders.
