What You Will Do

1. Lead and manage a dedicated team to deliver both reactive and planned maintenance activities efficiently.
2. Drive improvements by providing hands-on support and fostering a problem-solving culture within the team.
3. Oversee and maintain the Work Request and Planned Maintenance systems to ensure seamless operations.
4. Ensure compliance with standards by auditing tool trolleys and maintaining housekeeping across all maintenance facilities.
5. Take full control of spare parts management, budget adherence, and shift planning to support production requirements.
6. Collaborate with other departments and act as the primary link for maintenance involvement in new product introductions.

What You Will Bring

1. Proven experience in a similar leadership role within the automotive sector.
2. Strong expertise in mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
3. Hands-on experience with ABB, Siemens TIA Portal, SCA, and Krauss Maffei systems.
4. Excellent problem-solving skills, with knowledge of methodologies such as 5 Why and Ishikawa.
5. A practical, organized, and self-motivated approach with a focus on driving results and improvements.
