The Wellpark Brewery, home of Tennent’s Direct, is seeking an experienced Engineering Leader to optimise resource use, ensure safety compliance, and drive world‑class maintenance practices within the packaging department. You will manage a shift-based team, monitor KPIs, and partner with HR for craft team recruitment.

Be prepared to implement site strategies that reduce downtime, improve availability of assets, and uphold health, safety, and food safety standards across the operation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years experience managing teams in manufacturing.
• Proven ability to lead and deliver high-level performance through people management.
• Experience with new technologies to continuously improve performance.

• Maximise asset availability by working cross-functionally in an integrated manufacturing team.
• Drive downtime reduction and monitor plant performance.
