Maintenance Team Lead

If you are a Maintenance Engineer looking to take the next step towards management, this is the position for you.

We are working in partnership with a well-known supplier to the consumer goods sector to recruit a Maintenance Team Lead for their site in the North Down area.

In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of the facility's equipment and systems.

Your Responsibilities as a Maintenance Team Lead:

• Conduct daily meetings with on-site technicians to coordinate tasks and address operational priorities.
• Attend the daily AOS meeting with the Operations department to align on updates and objectives.
• Organise and manage daily and weekly workloads, ensuring efficient task allocation and timely completion.
• Complete weekly reports to track and monitor progress and performance.
• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on racking, ammonia systems, and refrigeration.
• Monitor SCADA systems.

Ideal candidate qualifications:

• An Electrical or Refrigeration qualification.
• Experience with SCADA systems.
• Ideally, experience working within a fast-paced environment.
