Maintenance Surveyor needed in Loughborough

The rate is £23.29ph PAYE

This is a temporary role

The successful candidate will support the team in providing a robust and responsive void property repair service and will manage contractors to ensure that all owned and managed void properties are inspected and repaired to a high standard and on time.

They should be experienced as a building surveyor in a maintenance environment carrying out pre and post inspections.

A full UK Driving Licence & access to a vehicle.
