Job summary

Veolia in Norwood (S21 2DR) is seeking a Maintenance Team Lead to run the day-to-day operations of a busy Maintenance Department, ensuring safety, efficiency and high standards. You will manage PPM scheduling using SAP/Infor CMMS, supervise contractors and coordinate with the Operations team to meet priorities.

Qualifications

• HND or equivalent qualification in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or demonstrable competence in a relevant engineering discipline.
• Significant experience in a mechanical, production or process engineering environment.
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience.
• Experience using CMMS such as SAP or Infor.

Responsibilities

• Lead the day-to-day operation of a busy Maintenance Department, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.
• Ensure planned preventative maintenance (PPM) is scheduled and completed on time using the CMMS (SAP/Infor).
• Supervise contractors and coordinate maintenance activity with the Operations team.
