CBRE Global Workplace Solutions in Belfast is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead a team responsible for maintaining buildings, industrial systems and equipment. The role is part of Engineering and Technical Services, providing support, preventive maintenance and repairs on site.

The role operates Monday to Friday with an on-call rota and requires NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical and/or electrical Engineering, plus strong organisational and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar environment.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Mechanical and/or electrical Engineering.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Set team goals for performance and deadlines annually and monitor productivity.
• Organise workflow and ensure staff understand duties and delegated tasks.
• Maintain timekeeping and personnel records including holidays and sickness via the time portal.
• Receive escalated complaints and resolve problems on site.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and CBRE procedures.
• Lead by example to meet team objectives and uphold CBRE values.
