Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Bridgwater, Somerset

Salary: Competitive

Hours: Monday Thursday, half-day Friday (Flexi-time, 37 hours)

Ready to take the next step in your maintenance career? We are recruiting for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading manufacturing facility in Bridgwater.

You ll be leading a skilled maintenance team, overseeing the smooth running of factory equipment, introducing Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), and driving performance improvements. You ll also be hands-on with preventative maintenance (PPM), troubleshooting, and supporting exciting engineering projects.
