UPP is seeking a Technical Maintenance Supervisor (Electrical or Plumbing bias) to join our Oxford onsite team. You will lead a small maintenance crew, plan daily activities, and ensure high standards for student accommodation services.
You’ll manage a 40-hour week, drive the PPM programme, supervise staff, and be hands-on when required. The role offers a competitive salary up to £44,000 with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to develop the team’s capabilities.

Managing and motivating a team of 4, you will effectively lead, plan and manage the site’s day-to-day maintenance function to provide an excellent service to all residents, including being ‘hands on’ to achieve this. The team looks after PPM, reactive, and life cycle maintenance for our student accommodation blocks, all in line with the Service Level Agreements. Grounds maintenance and external site waste management are also maintenance team responsibilities.

This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week from 8.00am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday. The salary is up to £44,000 per annum.
