We have a vacancy for a Maintenance Supervisor to operate from the Linskill Centre premises in North Shields.

Linskill and North Tyneside Community Development Trust (LNTCDT) has a vacancy for a Maintenance Supervisor to operate from the Linskill Centre premises in North Shields.

The successful candidate will have a background in maintenance / or caretaker role. Duties will include maintenance of the Linskill Centre, setting out of facilities within the Centre, general health and safety and security of the building. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in a similar role.

This post is 18 hours per week, £12.21 per hour
