Southway Housing Trust in Greater Manchester is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the Property Services team. This permanent role is 35 hours per week, with a salary of £42,084 to £44,299 per annum and a starting salary of £42,084.
You will manage maintenance operatives, ensure customer-focused service, and uphold health and safety standards. The role offers a contributory pension scheme, a health care plan and 25 days holiday rising to 30 with length of service, plus eight bank holidays.
