A leading company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to manage maintenance operations across a large property portfolio in Glasgow. The successful candidate will oversee the maintenance team, ensure compliance with health standards, and manage key relationships with tenants and external stakeholders. This role requires a strategic leader with extensive experience in property management and strong performance monitoring skills.

Rosemount Business Park, Charles Street, Glasgow, G21 2QA. Travel to property locations throughout Glasgow
About the role
We are recruiting for a Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance field team and oversee their day-to-day activities. The Supervisor will scope and plan works from void properties and review works for tenanted properties. The post holder will also support the Admin supervisor on planning works for the internal team while providing feedback on contractor performance.
Our Property team is responsible for the management of a portfolio of 470+ properties varying in size throughout Glasgow and the team consists of general administration, maintenance workers, technicians, painters and joiners.

We’re looking for someone that can demonstrate extensive experience of working in a property/building/trades background with a working knowledge of health and safety. You will also have experience of building and leading a team with a proven track record in coaching and people management. Skills and experience in effective planning, performance management and quality assurance is also required.
A full driving license is an essential requirement.
