Job Opportunity: Maintenance Supervisor

Orion is partnered with a fast-paced food manufacturing company located in Doncaster, recruiting for a confident Maintenance Supervisor with a background in FMCG.

Shifts: Double Days

Maintenance Supervisor Duties:

• Machinery maintenance – Food processing machinery such as slicers, mixers, packaging machines, etc.
• Supervising a team of Maintenance Engineers on site
• Collaborating with the management team
• Performing Preventive Planned Maintenance (PPMs)
• Leading continuous improvement projects in production
• Updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)

Required Experience:

• Maintenance of FMCG/production line machinery
• Supervisory experience within an FMCG environment
• Multiskilled – confident in both electrical and mechanical machinery maintenance
• Experience working with PLCs
• Experience in food manufacturing or food processing industry
• Machinery installation in a production line setting
