You will be joining a market-leading manufacturing business specialising in the production of a wide range of equipment and components used in the aerospace, defence, and industrial industries.

Due to continued expansion, this forward-thinking company is now looking for an experienced electrical maintenance team leader/supervisor or similar to oversee and manage a small maintenance team.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

1. Arrange and oversee planned maintenance planning, preparation, execution, and post-reporting.
2. Work with production and planning teams to maximise production capacity.
3. Control and manage spare parts, repairable items, and other stock.
4. Ensure maintenance standards are maintained.
5. Maintain maintenance records and documentation.
6. Uphold high health & safety standards throughout the team.

Other duties may be required as part of this role.

Skills and Experience required:

• Recognised Electrical Engineering Degree or equivalent.
• 18th Edition wiring regulation certification.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
• Leadership experience or relevant experience demonstrating capability to progress to this role.
• Strong health & safety knowledge and experience.
