Maintenance Supervisor

My client has been successfully manufacturing for years in Birmingham, specializing in metals such as ingot, slab, coil, bar, sheet, and more. They primarily supply the aerospace industry and other industrial sectors. They are now looking for a Maintenance Supervisor to join their team.

Duties of the Maintenance Supervisor Role:

• Support the growth of manufacturing operations across the factory
• Manage a team of 9 engineers
• Work in a heavy industry environment on machinery such as foundry equipment, furnaces, large presses, vacuum systems, and forge furnaces

• Open to supervisors from any manufacturing environment
