Responsibilities:

• Managing the full sales cycle from initial enquiry and proposal through to contract signing and ongoing account management
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with a broad client portfolio, acting as the main point of contact
• Driving customer retention by ensuring smooth delivery of services and securing annual contract renewals
• Identifying and converting new sales opportunities, including upsells and cross-sells, to achieve sales KPIs
• Gaining strong technical understanding of products, services, and the wider water reuse industry to offer accurate solutions
• Understanding challenges faced by clients and providing tailored recommendations to support their needs
• Maintaining CRM records and managing your pipeline effectively
• Collaborating with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery
