Job summary

Sherwoods is expanding its commercial plumbing team in the Newton Abbot area and seeks a Commercial Plumber for long-term contracts across the South West. You’ll manage planned and reactive maintenance on client sites to agreed schedules, with on-site autonomy and a clear path for progression.

Requirements: NVQ 2/3 in Plumbing, experience in a commercial/maintenance environment, full UK driving licence, and DBS check willingness. Salary 35,000–38,000 GBP per year plus benefits.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent).
• Experience in a commercial or maintenance environment.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Willingness to undertake an enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities

• Planned and reactive commercial plumbing maintenance across client sites.
• Fault finding, repairs, and minor installation works.
• Working to a realistic, pre-planned schedule.
• Completing work safely and in line with regulations.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Planned and reactive commercial plumbing maintenance across client sites
