David Whiting Solutions Ltd is seeking a Commercial Plumber / Pipefitter to install and maintain pipework for plumbing and heating on commercial sites across Northamptonshire. The role requires NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating (or equivalent) and a Full UK driving licence, with potential progression and training opportunities within the group.

The successful candidate will work on a range of commercial projects, from apartment blocks to schools, and may undertake some domestic work.

Formación

• Willingness to train to ACS commercial gas qualifications.

The Role

The Commercial Plumber / Pipefitter will be required to attend a number of key sites, in the Northamptonshire area. The Commercial Plumber will be tasked with the installation of commercial pipework, domestic water services, heating systems, sanitary ware and waste pumps, in commercial sites ranging from apartment blocks to schools. The Commercial Plumber will also be working on domestic systems such as basins, WC’s etc. within commercial sites. The Commercial Plumber will also carry out maintenance works too. There may also be occasion when Domestic work is required to be done.

The Commercial Plumber should hold NVQ Level 2 in plumbing and Heating or equivalent. We also offer the opportunity to train and up-skill to commercial gas qualification, for the right candidate.

• Previous experience carrying out installation works on commercial plant room
• Some maintenance experience highly desirable
• NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing and Heating or equivalent
• Gas Qualifications
• Based within Northamptonshire
• Full UK Driving Licence

Commercial Plumber Position Remuneration

• Salary £32,000 – £36,000 depending on experience, pro-rata depending on hours worked if Part Time
• Company Van + Fuel Card
• Occasional Overtime
• Full and Part Time roles available
• Full Time hours 08.30 on site to 17.00 on site with 30 mins for lunch
• Opportunity for additional training, e.g. upskilling to ACS commercial gas qualifications
• 20 days Holiday + Bank Holidays pro-rata for Part Time
