Job Title: Maintenance Plumber

One of our clients, a leading Facilities Maintenance provider, is seeking a Plumbing Biased Building Services Technician to work within a high-profile building in London NW1 with an immediate start.

Essential Experience

• Technically qualified, apprentice trained with relevant City & Guilds or equivalent.
• Ability to carry out sprinkler tests.
• Experience in repairs and maintenance of plant and equipment in high-profile buildings.
• Covering PPMs and reactive works.
• Minor installation, hot & cold-water faults, etc.
• Client-focused approach.

Details:

• Temporary position for 6 weeks or more.
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00-17:00.
• Pay Rate: £22.00/hr.
• Immediate start for the right applicant.
• Potential for permanent position for the right candidate.
