Job description

Job Title: Plumbing Biased Building Services Technician

Our client, a leading Facilities Maintenance provider, is seeking a Plumbing Biased Building Services Technician to work within a high-profile building in London NW1. This is an immediate start position.

Essential Experience

1. Temporary position for 6 weeks or more.
2. Client-focused with availability to work Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00.
3. Technically qualified, apprentice-trained with relevant City & Guilds or equivalent.
4. Ability to carry out sprinkler tests.
5. Experience in repairs and maintenance of plant and equipment in high-profile buildings.
6. Experience with PPMs and reactive works.
7. Minor installation work, hot & cold-water faults, etc.
8. Immediate availability for the right candidate.
9. Possibility of a permanent position for the right candidate.

Pay Rate: £22.00/hr
