Randstad C&P are currently working with a long standing facilities maintenance provider who are looking for a plumber to join their team in mansfield on a large static site based in LS9.
Package:
* Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm
* On call (GBP150, optional to take part)
* Plenty of overime available
Responsibilities:
* To undertake planned and reactive works on plant equipment and fabrics of the building
* To communicate effectively via the CAFM System
* Ensure all works are completed within the agreed SLA's
* Complete all relevant paperwork as and when required
* Take part in team meetings, including tool box talks etc
* Complete monthly meetings with the client to discuss overall performance
* Work as a team and take part in other remedial tasks as required
Ideal candidate
* NVQ level 3 Plumbing or equivalent
* Experience working within a facilities management capacity
* Ability to turn hands to other tasks when required.
