Job summary

Evolve Talent Search Ltd is seeking an experienced Maintenance Plumber to join a commercial facilities team with a focus on water treatment, hygiene and compliance. You will perform PPM and reactive plumbing across multiple sites, maintaining hot and cold-water systems and ensuring Legionella control procedures are followed.

Role emphasizes accurate maintenance records, audits support and adherence to ACOP L8 and HSG274, with opportunities to advance in a health-sensitive FM environment.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Plumbing or City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent.
• Commercial FM/building services maintenance experience.
• Legionella / L8 training and practical water hygiene experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• SC clearance preferred; willing to obtain if required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PPM and reactive plumbing maintenance across commercial properties.
• Undertake Legionella control tasks, including temperature monitoring, flushing and shower head cleaning/descaling.
• Maintain hot and cold-water systems, TMVs, pumps, valves and associated plant.

The Role
