Job summary

The Maintenance Plumber role in City of London, within a commercial facilities management team, concentrates on water treatment, water hygiene and statutory compliance alongside general plumbing maintenance.

You will perform PPM and reactive plumbing across commercial properties, carry out Legionella control tasks, maintain hot and cold-water systems including TMVs, pumps and valves, and ensure compliance with ACOP L8 and health and safety procedures while keeping precise maintenance records.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or City & Guilds Level 3 in Plumbing or equivalent.
• Commercial building services or FM maintenance experience.
• Legionella / L8 training and practical water hygiene experience.
• Full UK driving licence.
• SC clearance preferred, with willingness to obtain if required.
