Job summary

You will drive a shift from reactive to planned maintenance, coordinate with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams, and ensure safe, compliant, and efficient operations at the site.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance planning within a manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and coordinate all planned and reactive maintenance activities across the site.
• Develop weekly and shutdown maintenance plans aligned with production priorities.
• Liaise with manufacturing planners to ensure downtime requirements are understood and scheduled effectively.
• Allocate engineering work orders through the CMMS system based on priorities, skillset, and available resources.
• Monitor progress of planned work and follow up completion through daily/tier meetings.
• Support the transition toward predictive and condition-based maintenance strategies.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity in the CMMS database.
