Job summary

Northgate Vehicle Hire is looking for a Maintenance Planning Administrator to manage maintenance scheduling for our fleet and keep thorough service records. You will liaise with technicians, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely servicing and compliance with safety standards.

You will update customers on vehicle status and support the maintenance operation to keep vehicles safe and available for customers.

Location:Darlington, with the option for hybrid working after successfully completing probation.
Contract:Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
Salary: £24,852.68 per annum.
